Facebook 4pm's

Our on-line services will continue during July with some changes.

We will host a "Choose me Tuesday" session (times may vary) on the topic of Self-care.

We will also host a Facebook chit-chat at on a Wednesday and look out for our Friday Fizz Specials.

Again times may vary and details of how to join will be posted on our Facebook page and our other social media channels.

Our Q&A webinars with guest medics will normally be held on Thursday's at 2pm UK time.
